The business has grown almost entirely through word of mouth. Turns out, when you find someone who actually gets stuff done without needing to be micromanaged, you tell people.

Ten years on, Princess P.A. is the backup you wish you'd hired years ago — reliable, straight-talking, and happy to be the bad cop who chases that awkward invoice so you don't have to.
